Kelly Halligan, DDS

Dr. Kelly Halligan is originally from Texas where she graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Biomedical Science.  She then attended Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas, and graduated in 1998.  After dental school, Dr. Kelly attended a 2-year General Practice Residency hospital-based program at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where she was on staff at MD Anderson Cancer Center Oral Health Clinic, TIRR (Texas Institute of Rehabilitation and Research for Traumatic brain injury patients), and Memorial Hermann Hospital (treating medically-complex, trauma injuries, and developmentally delayed patients). 

Since dental school and residency, Dr. Kelly has remained active in organized dentistry and continuing education.  She has earned her Fellowship and Masters in the Academy of General Dentistry, Diplomate status in the Special Care Dentistry Association, and Membership in the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Scotland in Special Needs Dentistry.  She enjoys giving back to underserved populations and has participated in multiple dental mission trips to Mexico and Jamaica with the Christian Medical Dental Society, as well as participating in the Colorado Mission of Mercy.

Dr. Kelly has extensive experience with dental education, lecturing and patient care. She has been  in private practice since 2009.   

Dr. Kelly recently married and moved to Erie, Colorado, where she enjoys spending time with her 9-year old daughter, Emily, and her husband, Todd.  They enjoy biking and camping as well as spending time with friends and family.
