As a new patient with Drs. Bishop and Takemoto I can’t begin to express my gratitude for all that they’ve done for me. It was my first experience with a dental implant and Dr. Bishop handled everything from beginning to end (6 months!!!) with the utmost precision and professionalism. Plus they have the most up to date equipment and technology. As a patient you want your dentist to be aware of the newest techniques in their industry, especially when you’re having a procedure as contemporary as a dental implant.
You want a team that is innovative, knowledgeable and well informed in their industry. I found all of that in Bishop/Takemoto denistry. It was a long process and they were there for me the whole way. The whole staff is exceptional and you can tell they actually love what they do. From the minute you walk into the office, DeeAnn and Pam greet you with a smile and a friendly hello. Lori is the most gentle hygienist and extremely thorough. Kristine and Julie are Dr. Bishop’s right hand (and left) assistants who make you feel incredibly comfortable.
I have to say not everyone enjoys going to the dentist but Bishop/Takemoto’s office is not only the most professional but also the most comfortable office to walk in to. It’s the most relaxed I’ve ever been in a dentist chair!!!
Dr. Takemoto’s wonderful sense of humor always put me at ease and made each visit enjoyable. Of course a lot of that was the fact that she really liked my sense of humor! Her chair side staff were all gentle, kind and so very patient with me. No question I asked seemed unimportant to them and not once did I feel they were rushed. They would always make me feel like they had only time for me.
Once I had my new dentures I only needed two small adjustments and they have caused me no discomfort. By the second day I didn’t even notice they were there. Upon my follow up visit with Dr. Nedbolski (who put in two lower implants) for my lower denture his comment was that “it’s a beautiful fit!” I smile more now than I have for a long time and when I first smiled at my husband he said “Wow!” and he kept asking me to smile at him all the way home. I have had many negative dental experiences in the past and I have to say this experience was by far the best. My grateful thanks to all of you!
My livelihood depends on my smile. So do my self esteem, my relationships and my health. Many years ago my teeth were so damaged I stopped going to the dentist, feeling as if they were a lost cause. Finally in 1998 I ended up “biting the bullet” and went to see Dr. Bishop for the first time. I arrived at his office feeling ashamed and afraid and was astonished to discover an amazing group of people seriously committed to my oral health and general well being, with no judgment. Not just Dr. Bishop and Dr. Takemoto, but everyone in the office is invested in the success of their patients.
Now, nearly 15 years later, I have undergone serious restorative work on my teeth and I am exceedingly grateful for Dr. Bishop’s expertise, skill, and perfectionism. Today I have a beautiful, healthy smile, but what if I hadn’t made that one tiny decision years ago to give Dr. Bishop a try? I don’t even want to imagine what my teeth would look like, let alone my general health (if your teeth hurt you can’t eat your fresh fruits and veggies!) Having a good relationship with an excellent dentist is a necessary part of staying healthy. One phone call to DeeAnn or Pam will get you started. Everyone deserves an expert on their team and Dr. Bishop is my expert when it comes to my teeth. I am confident that between the Bishop/Takemoto team and my home care, I’m in good hands and will continue smiling.
Thank all of you again for working me in so quickly on both of my recent dental emergencies, and for taking such wonderful care of me. I have never felt that I was in such good hands as I do now. It is so refreshing to come to a dental practice in which everyone, without exception, is professional yet caring, efficient yet all the time making me feel as if I were the only patient in your practice.

After my accident 15 years ago, I have had numerous front teeth implanted as cosmetic dentistry advanced. I was always self-conscious because the various cosmetic work always had minor imperfections. I never thought I could be as happy as I am with the work that Dr. Bishop and has team was able to accomplish. I am so grateful for the new smile I have!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Takemoto for about 10 years. We have all received excellent service from the hygienists and Dr. Takemoto. The front desk staff are excellent long term employees. I rate them all with five stars.
Dr. Bishop has been our family dentist for over 20 years. There has never been an instance in which we were not completely satisfied with the services and staff. I recommend him to my friends, family and co-workers. My husband and I have three sons and his staff has been cleaning their teeth since they were young children.
One of our sons recently chipped his front tooth and I was able to get an appointment the same day. His staff is always friendly and they make kids feel comfortable and at ease when their teeth need to be worked on. The front desk staff is very helpful in answering insurance and billing questions. They have all of our family’s dental records on their computer database. This makes it easy to know which dental services are due and which ones are coming up within the year.
As long as Dr. Bishop is in the practice of dentistry, we will never change dentists. To sum it up, Dr. Bishop and his entire staff make you feel like you’re visiting them at their own homes.

We were both relieved when you told us we could leave for our beach vacation with no worries.
